and in that case you must write at the bottom of

may not use Bear Essentials Graphics in
e-mails to Yahoo Groups, AOL lists, PSP Lists,
Tubes Lists, Mailing Lists.

create e-cards, My Space, ICQ greeting pages etc.

may not use Bear Essentials Graphics on any
products or items for sale

recolour my graphics in any way shape or form

you digitize graphics and decorate items with them

may not use Bear Essentials Graphics
on your personal websites if you have pornography,
occult or racism (or link to them)

You may not
use graphics for web
design sites for clients
*You
may not use my graphics to create web/eBay
templates (especially blogs or web pages) for
public redistribution or for sale.

may not use my graphics to create Logos
*
You may
not use my graphics to create
business cards or business stationery.
*You
may not
use my graphics for Incredimail/OE
Stationeries

You may not link directly to my
graphics. Direct linking uses my valuable bandwidth.
*You
may not use my graphics for web awards.
*You
may not use my graphics to create web
banners, although you are welcome to use the
pre-made ones in collections you have purchased,
as long as you don't alter them and only add text.
*You
may not use my graphics to create PSP tubes.

You may not purchase a graphics set from
me, create a web page/s and then offer that
created web page as linkwear for others to freely
grab. You may not claim credit in any way for my
work.

You may not
give a set or collection you
have purchased to someone else. If they would like
the graphics, they must purchase them themselves.
Please be aware that anyone who purchases Bear
Essentials Graphics, are purchasing the right to
use the graphics as per our "Terms Of
use", you are not actually purchasing the
copyright so that is why there are restrictions on
what you may do with the graphics.
If
you are unsure about anything, please assume
nothing, instead please contact
me here and ask. I apologise to those who respect my
rules and maintain a MSN site, but the rules must apply to
everyone.
Your site must have "No
Right Click" script & the "Disable Image
Toolbar IE6" script, on your pages. These scripts can
be obtained free from Dynamic
Drive. If you do not use these
codes, you will be asked to remove my graphics. No refund
will be given.
Your site must be in
English, or with an English translation, so that I can be
sure that your content meets my guidelines.
Please choose your graphics
sets very carefully, as all fees are non refundable. Even if
you make a mistake, no exchange or refund will be given. It
is up to you to view the samples and be sure of what you are
ordering.
What
about web designers?
If you have a web design business, please
note that we are not offering our graphics to
anyone for commercial web design.

What is copyright? Please

If you don't agree or don't
understand these 'Terms of Use", please don't use my
graphics.
In the event that my
"Terms of Use" are not adhered to, I reserve the
right to have you remove all my graphics from your web site
& to discontinue to use them. You in turn agree to
remove them upon my request. I reserve the right to refuse
service to anyone at any time.
Please respect me an all
original artists on the web. Also, I ask that if you see any
of my graphics being used improperly, to please contact me.
